Child Safety Standards
These are the published standards of the iYiYi app (developer: iYiYi) against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
Zero tolerance
iYiYi has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. The following are strictly prohibited anywhere in the app, including profiles, photos, videos, posts, comments, chat, events and games:
- Any child sexual abuse material (CSAM), real or computer-generated
- Sexualizing minors in any way, including comments, captions or filters
- Grooming, enticing or soliciting a minor for sexual purposes
- Sextortion, or threatening to share intimate images of a minor
- Trafficking or advertising the exploitation of minors
- Using the map, Nearby or events features to find, meet or contact minors for harmful purposes
How to report
- In the app: open the profile, post or message and tap Report. You can also Block the user so they can't see or contact you.
- By email: write to info@iyiyi.xyz with the subject "Child safety report" and include the username and what you saw.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency services first. In the US you can also report to the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
What we do
- Reports about child safety are reviewed with the highest priority.
- Violating content is removed and the account is permanently banned.
- Apparent CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant regional and national authorities, as required by law.
- We preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement investigations.
Keeping people safe
- Users can choose public, private or ghost mode, and turn off map visibility at any time.
- Safe zone hides your home area from the map automatically.
- Blocking stops someone from seeing your profile or contacting you.
- Users must meet the minimum age in our Terms of Service.
