Terms of Use
These Terms are an agreement between you and iYiYi ("we", "us"). By creating an account, logging in or using the iYiYi app or website (the "Service"), you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users
iYiYi is a place to meet the people around you. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior of any kind. You must not post, share or send anything that is:
- Harassing, bullying, threatening, hateful or discriminatory
- Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexualizing anyone, above all minors
- Violent, graphic, or promoting self-harm, terrorism or crime
- Spam, scams, impersonation, or other people's private information
- Illegal, or infringing someone else's rights
Every post, profile and message can be reported from inside the app, and any user can be blocked. We review reports promptly, usually within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules and permanently ban the people who post it. Reports about child safety are handled first; see our Child Safety Standards.
1. Who can use iYiYi
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) and able to enter into this agreement. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Your account
Keep your login details private and tell us at info@iyiyi.xyz if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it any time in Settings → Delete my account, or by following these steps.
3. Location and visibility
iYiYi shows your profile to people near you and shows you theirs. Other people see your profile and an approximate distance, never your exact coordinates. You control this with Public, Private and Ghost modes, the Safe zone around your home, and the visibility switch in Settings.
4. Your content
You own what you post. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and share it as needed to run the Service (for example, showing your post in the local feed or on your profile). Don't post content you don't have the right to share. We may remove any content that breaks these Terms.
5. Behavior in games and events
Laser tag, battle royale and other arcade games happen in the real world. Play safely, respect property and other people, follow local laws, and never aim at or approach anyone who isn't playing. iYiYi is not responsible for injuries or damage during play or at events organized by users.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
iYiYi Pro and in-app purchases are billed through the App Store or Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
7. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control. Don't copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell or misuse the app, interfere with the Service, or access it by automated means. For the iOS app, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
8. Ending access
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms, without notice, and may report illegal activity to the authorities. You may stop using the Service at any time.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for the conduct of other users, online or offline.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. If a change is material we'll tell you in the app or by email; continuing to use the Service afterwards means you accept the new Terms.
